Sorry Mr Adebayor but we are not thick!

Please dont insult our intelligence. This is the guy that gave a press conference on how he was going to stay only to give another interview to the likes of sky minutes later stating he might leave and was looking at all options.

How convenient that just when Barcelona go cool on him suddenly he signs a contract and expresses his undying love for the club and the fans. The club and the fans he has put through hell all summer.

In my opinion we should have taken anything over £20 million for him and bought a decent striker. He is way overated I dont like his lazy attitude on the pitch and I dont like his arrogant and big headed attitude. He has a tendancy to miss sitters and I really cannot understand what the fuss is all about when it comes to Adebayor. This is a guy who misses 4 chances before he converts 1. Misses chances at crucial points of the game, is not a team player and is too self obsessed with his ownself. His head swells up at a faster rate than the universe did immediately after the Big Bang!

I think it is a mistake to not sell him not only did we have a good opportunity to cash in but he is also a bad influence. I hope I am proven wrong.
